Eric Holder Bio

Eric Holder is a Director of Communications & Digital Strategy and Head of AI Strategy & Digital Transformation at TKB.AI, bringing over 20 years of experience driving go-to-market architecture, brand authority, and enterprise messaging across frontier AI, PaaS, SaaS, and cloud infrastructure. He helps leadership teams translate emerging AI capabilities into actionable growth strategies, scalable content operations, and measurable market visibility.

As Founder and Principal Consultant at TKB.AI, Holder leads product development for The Knowledge Base (a centralized enterprise data layer) and The Knowledge Bot (an agentic workflow interface). He engineers personalized Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture, human-in-the-loop (HITL) systems, custom schema mapping, and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) frameworks—helping B2B clients, including Procurability and VSBL, build AI roadmaps and optimize brand visibility across LLMs and generative search engines.

Previously, as Executive Director of Communications at Invisible Technologies, Holder architected global brand and communications playbooks, standardized AI-driven operations, and led platform messaging alongside strategic partners including OpenAI, AWS, and Google Cloud.

At VERSES AI, he served as Director of Communications, leading high-impact go-to-market campaigns for the Genius platform, setting technology governance standards with the IEEE, and orchestrating executive visibility at Davos 2024. His initiatives positioned active inference against traditional LLMs, featuring key dialogues with pioneer Dr. Karl Friston and media coverage across The New York Times and MIT Technology Review.

Earlier in his career, Holder founded HolderComm, a tech communications consultancy trusted by global brands including IBM, Dell EMC, LSI Broadcom, Rackspace, Virtustream, Ivanti, AMI, and Intel. Under HolderComm, he built five vertical subsidiaries and served as Director of Marketing for SEO/CRM/CMS agency InternetSitePromotions.com, directing full-funnel marketing for B2B e-commerce clients. He also helped Turn.AI gain recognition as a top AI HR platform on the Inc. 5000 list and co-authored industry-defining market research with Cloudreach and Forrester (Cloud Trends 2018 and Cloud Trends 2022).

Holder holds a Master of Arts from the University of Georgia, where his research focused on digital media attention and cognition, human-computer interaction (HCI), and social media predictive analytics at the DMAC Lab and SEE Suite. He also built the in-house agency for the prestigious Peabody Awards, coordinating major broadcast partnerships with A&E, NPR, Viacom, and PBS.

Holder advises CEOs, founders, and enterprise leadership teams on AI transformation, agentic systems, Generative Engine Optimization, and digital modernization. He is available for executive advisory, full-time leadership, and keynote speaking engagements.
