New South Wales, Sydney, Bondi Beach, City of Blue Mountains, Katoomba
About two hours west of Sydney via the Faulconbridge train station, we arrived and soon boarded the world’s steepest passenger railway and descended into an ancient rainforest with Scenic World Blue Mountains highlighted by the Three Sisters rock formation from Echo Point Lookout at Katoomba.
The excursion to Bondi Beach, one of Australia’s most iconic, reminded me of Venice, California with Hall Street full of hipsters, tourist enjoying the laid back vibe of independent cafes and local brew.
