I wrote for Flagpole Magazine for several years while in graduate school. Typically I reviewed albums and often live shows and cultural events.
This one-page feature was about Elevado, a band I would soon join but at the time had no idea. Their album “Dedicated” and 40-Watt show were topics, I’ll transcribe the article later as it’s the beginning of a long story.
